Oscar Sinclair July 14, 2013 A member of our Liberal Peaching Institute, Oscar Sinclair is pursuing the Unitarian Universalist ministry. He is enrolled at Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington D.C. and serves our congregation on its Pastoral Care team and Board of Trustees. The First Unitarian Church of Baltimore is located at the corner of Charles and Franklin Streets. in downtown Baltimore. Worship Services are held each Sunday at 11:00 am. During the summer, worship services are held at 10:00 am in the Enoch Pratt Parish Hall located at 514 N.
